Bill Drop-Off
Our Customer Service office is open to the public. We no longer accept CASH as a payment option, however we encourage customers to pay their bills using online bill pay, pay by phone, or by mail. However, if you are unable to mail or submit payments online, our Vacaville office has a drop box available for customers who wish to drop off their check or money order (payment box is located in front of the sliding glass doors). Please contact our Customer Service team with questions about bill payment.
