NORTH MOUNTAIN PARK ARTWORK

Please stop by North Mountain Park to see the 100% recycled content mosaic.

Thanks to a collaboration between Ashland Parks, Recology Ashland and Sue Springer, this unique mosaic has helped make a new home for trash and recycle containers.

The mosaic has brick tile edges, glass bottles, caps, bicycle parts and much more. These discarded items were diverted from trash and recycling and instead, transformed into functional art.

It’s only trash if that’s how you treat it.
